2025-2026 Climate Culture Survey

Dear Oriole Family,

Over the next two weeks, the Concordia R-2 School District will be gathering feedback as part of our ongoing effort to grow and improve. This survey focuses on the climate and culture of our schools, and we would truly appreciate hearing from the following groups:

• Students in grades 3–12
• All PreK–12 staff
• Parents, guardians, and community stakeholders

Your responses are completely confidential and voluntary. Students will be offered the opportunity to take the survey during the school day. A link for parents and community members will be shared on this page as well as through TeacherEase and social media.

The feedback we receive will be reviewed by our administrative team, who will prepare a summary to share with the Board of Education and our community. Your input plays an important role in helping us move forward together, and we’re grateful for your time and perspective as we continue our continuous improvement process.
