Kristin Ainsworth, Occupational Therapist


Kristin Ainsworth, BS, COTA/L received an AAS and an AA degree from State Fair Community College before gaining certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2013,  She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science from Central Methodist University in 2016, where she was an integral part of writing curriculum for their new Associate’s and Bachelor’s OTA programs and taught Neuroscience and Pediatrics in the Associate’s program as an adjunct professor.   Kristin has been a school-based occupational therapy provider since graduating in 2013, serving in multiple districts during this time, and providing services in Concordia since 2018.  She has advanced studies in autism-informed/neurodivergent practice, reflex integration, universal design for learning, yoga 4 classrooms, and oculomotor skill development, among other areas of interest. Kristin and her husband, Troy, live in Concordia and she has two adult children.
