Education: 1995—Concordia R-2 High School; 2000--Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baker University with a minor in Physical Education and K-12 Physical Education Certification and 7-12 Secondary Education. Experience: I have been teaching since 2001. I taught 2 years in Kansas before being hired by Concordia in 2003 Coaching: I’ve been the head baseball coach at Concordia since 2004 and have a 205-137-1 record with five Class 1 District championships, the 2010 Class 1 State Championship, and two Class 2 district championships. I was the 2010 MHSBCA Class 1 Coach of the Year. We have made an appearance in every district championship the last 7 years and have been a regular top ten state-ranked team in Class 1 or 2 for the last 10 years.
We recently made the state tournament for Science Olympiad B Division in 2022.
Family: I have been married since 2007 and have 2 children. Hobbies: In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, hunting, fishing, sports, and being outside. Favorite Quote: "A smart person learns from their mistakes, but a wise person learns from others' mistakes."--unknown
