Having trouble with TeacherEase Mobile App?
To help troubleshoot, please have parents try the following:
- Confirm the Correct Email Address
- Make sure they are using the email associated with their parent account and not an email tied to their student’s account.
- Delete and Reinstall the TeacherEase App
- Sometimes a fresh install can resolve issues.

Clear the App Cache
- Clearing the cache can help resolve performance issues.
To clear the cache on an iPhone:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap General
- Tap iPhone Storage
- Scroll down and select the TeacherEase app
- Tap Offload App
- Log in Using Username and Password
- Open the TeacherEase app
- Enter your Username and Password
- Tap Log In
Once these steps have been completed, please have the parents try again. If they still cannot make online payments, have them attempt to log in through a desktop browser to see if the issue persists there.
