Having trouble with TeacherEase Mobile App?

To help troubleshoot, please have parents try the following:

  1. Confirm the Correct Email Address
    • Make sure they are using the email associated with their parent account and not an email tied to their student’s account.
  2. Delete and Reinstall the TeacherEase App
    • Sometimes a fresh install can resolve issues.
  3. Clear the App Cache

    • Clearing the cache can help resolve performance issues.

    To clear the cache on an iPhone:

    • Open the Settings app
    • Tap General
    • Tap iPhone Storage
    • Scroll down and select the TeacherEase app
    • Tap Offload App
  4. Log in Using Username and Password
    • Open the TeacherEase app
    • Enter your Username and Password
    • Tap Log In

 
Once these steps have been completed, please have the parents try again. If they still cannot make online payments, have them attempt to log in through a desktop browser to see if the issue persists there.
