Students MUST HAVE their lunch cards in the breakfast and lunch line. Anyone without cards will be served at the end of the line.

If you receive free or reduced meals you must pay in advance for any extra items you choose. You must take a complete school meal for it to qualify as a free or reduced meal. Free/Reduced meals do not include pretzels.

All deposits for breakfast or lunch will be made in the office and must be turned in by the beginning of second hour so that this amount can be credited by that day’s lunch time. Envelopes are available for deposits in the office.

ONCE THE STUDENT’S BALANCE HAS REACHED -$5.00 THEY WILL BE REMINDED ONCE THEN THEY WILL BE SERVED A PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY SANDWICH AND MILK FOR A CHARGE OF .60 CENTS UNTIL THEIR BALANCE IS PAID. THIS WILL BE THE ONLY CHARGE ALLOWED ONCE THEIR BALANCE REACHES -$5.00.

WE CANNOT MONITOR EACH STUDENT. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR CHILD TO CHARGE EXTRAS TO THEIR ACCOUNT, THIS MUST BE DISCUSSED AT HOME AND BE SURE YOUR CHILD IS AWARE OF YOUR DECISION.

Students are responsible for checking their account balances. They may inquire about their balance in the office or in the cafeteria. Please feel free to email lunch@concordia.k12.mo.us or call 463-2246 for any questions about lunch accounts.
