Parent/Teacher Conferences

October 21 & 22

At the end of the first quarter each year, Parent/teacher Conferences are held at CES and CHS so that parents can visit with teachers face to face regarding the progress of their students.  Conferences are scheduled for Wednesday, October 21 and Thursday, October 22 from 4:00 pm until 7:30 pm.

At CES, parents schedule conferences with their student's teachers. The schedule will be sent home the second week of October. Parents wishing to change their conference should call the school office at (660) 463-2261.

At CHS, teachers will be available from 4:00 pm until 7:30 pm both nights. Parents may visit their student's teacher at any time during either evening. Some CHS teachers (Music, Art, PE, Band) also teach at CES, so parents might want to make arrangements with those teachers to meet at a certain time.

If parents are unavailable at the time of conferences, they are encouraged to call the school office and schedule an appointment.

There will be no school on Friday, October 23.
